Sir Ken Robinson, is a PhD, where this book was developed in the small talk TED titled “Do schools kill the creativity”, where this author presents solutions innovatives and revolutionaries, where one of problems more outstanding in our society is the education and How we can transform the educational system that it don’t function.

This book speaks about of the transformation in the education. Students and teachers have a huge pressure. Robinson offers solutions practices in the educational system. However, he thinks that is necessary to give an approach personalized. Also, he suggests to take advantage of technological resources to promote the participation of students that they can loss the afraid to be wrong and can develop the creativity.  The book has some chapters as: Changing metaphors, changing schools, the art of teaching and among others.
